The proposal is not only offering multiple housing typologies but also a diverse and rich public realm. The general layout is sensitively defining addresses to each neighbourhood, by parks, roads, alleys or views. Consequently, the connection to the retail park has been appraised by defining it as the main public space. Instead of investing in an invisible and highly technical water management system, this needed infrastructure has been transformed into a generous lake within the park – proving a surplus and identity to the new community.
